I’m an actor and theatre maker based in New York City. I stepped away from this path five years ago, ready to pursue a “real” career in preparation for the “real” world. But that’s the beautiful thing about fate and life's purpose- no matter how long you dwell on what you think you should do, what you’re truly meant to do will find its way back to you.

My passion for theatre started as something that let me feel free as a kid. It’s through that same expression that I use my acting and my storytelling as a platform to connect with others, uplift South Asian narratives, and open up the conversation surrounding mental health in minority spaces. As a Queens, NY native, I owe this journey to the diverse community that raised me, the parents who showed me the importance of my cultural roots, and my rich ancestry rooted in the performing arts.

Recent Credits Include: Seeking Fair and Lovely: Rishtas and Rasas at the Tank (Stage Manager) 72 Hours in Paris at the Symphony Space (Storyteller) The Devil is a Blonde Woman (Mom) Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time (Siobhan) Kissed the Girls and Made them Cry (Ashley) Metamorphoses (Hera)

To travel is to see who you would be in another life…

Even stepping out of the ordinary for just one day can transport you to something different- something thought provoking. I continue to travel because it constantly pushes me beyond my comfort zone, allowing me to see my role in the world in all its different forms. The questions that strike me, the mother nature that nurtures me, and the people I meet along the way are my life’s greatest joy. I aim to continue travel writing as a way to share my adventures, funny encounters, and the raw truths each travel day holds- building community and encouraging others to find the same beauty and humanity in whatever lights a spark in them too.
